Laujachara National Park A significant sampling of the remaining evergreen forests in Bangladesh. This is a reserved forest. It is one of seven wildlife sanctuaries and 10 national parks in Bangladesh. The forest of 1250 hectares of land located in Kamalganj upazila of Moulvibazar district is full of biodiversity. [1] The Bangladesh government declared this forest as 'National Park' in 1997. [2] This forest is famous for extinct sparrows. In addition to the Velluk, there are various species of rare animals, insects and plants.

There is abundant rain in the equatorial region like evergreen monsoon or rainforest. The trees of the forest are very high, competing for sunlight, and spread the stalks on top of them like the Chandoara. This forest is so dense that there is no sunlight on the ground.

There are more than 2,500 species of birds in Lauyachra Park, around 1000 hectares of which the existence of multiple animals is almost extinct in other forests of the country. There are also 50 species of species including 10 species of reptiles, tigers, bears, deer, monkeys, civet kettles.
